General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
for the Holiday Apartments of Country & Town Homes JK GmbH
1. Conclusion of Contract
A rental agreement for a holiday apartment is only concluded when the booking made by the guest has been confirmed in writing by Country & Town Homes JK GmbH via email with a booking confirmation.
2. Payment Terms
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, cash, or by presenting a VAT form.
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the total price is due.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than upon arrival or at the handover of the keys.
3. Arrival and Departure
Check-in and check-out are by arrangement.
Keys will be handed over personally or according to a separate agreement.
In case of late arrival or early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Up to 15 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
Between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 20% of the total price will be charged.
From 6 days before arrival, as well as in case of no-show, 50% of the total price will be charged.
5. Guest Obligations
The apartment may only be occupied by the number of persons specified in the contract.
Additional guests must be registered in advance and may incur additional costs.
Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Only animals that remain calm during the guests’ absence are accepted. If pet ownership leads to additional cleaning effort, we reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee.
Smoking is not permitted in any apartment.
Parties and events are not allowed.
Guests are obliged to treat the apartment with care and report any damages immediately.
6. Data Protection
Personal data required for the booking will only be stored and processed for the purpose of contract fulfillment. Data will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.
7. Miscellaneous
Only German law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Kaiserslautern.
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
